This Digital Field Trip uses virtual reality technology to allow students to visit an actual rainforest reserve in Belize, Central America. It is a truly interactive CD-ROM incorporating animations, narration, text, full-color photographs in one easy-to-use package. QuickTime VR technology transports students on a virtual visit to 28 posts throughout the rainforest, while interactive activities engage students while teaching all about ecology and biology.
