Explore the Martian terrain- and join the search for water!

Take a field trip to Mars! Your class will explore Mars with a CDROM which contains the latest images of the "Red Planet".  They'll view the surface of our closest neightbor in three dimensions using the special lenses provided.  Your students will also explore the properties of the minerals that have been found on Mars and draw inferences about the nature of the planet using soil that models that of Martian terrain.  Included CD also contains a special feature that allows both student and teacher alike to create presentations and assessments.  An inquiry based activity encourages students to discuss the possibility that Mars once contained surface water.  Your class will be challenged to back up their views with up to date information!  Engaging investigation provides a wide range of learning modalities for student success.
