A visual demonstration of osmosis & diffusion

Simplify the concept of osmosis with this easy-to-use, easy-to-understand activity model. Just fill the base of the model with a solution and place water in the other chamber. Water will diffuse across the semipermeable membrane which separates the chambers until equilibrium is reached. Simply measure the level of liquid in the vertical tube to quantify the amount and rate of diffusion which has transpired.
