Study the system scientists developed to bring order to the vast array of chemical compounds that exist.  Your class will explore the chemical and physical properties of acids, bases and salts as well as the relationships between them.  Additionally, the students will investigate the reactions between acids and bases and how salts are formed.  They'll also learn about the industrial applications of these key compounds.
