Specifically designed for the teacher who wants to dramatically and vividly show the classroom a pollutant in water.  This kit permits students to determine the presence or absence of Escherichia coli (indicative of animal waste) in a water supply.  By seeing a dramatic color change that occurs in a lactose broth, students can determine if E. coli are present.
