Welcome to the newest entry in the education market! In actuality, we are a new division of a long established company called EKI. EKI specializes in electronics education, and we have another division specializing in home school and private school products (www.labsinabox.com).

Sciencelabs.com, however, expects to become the premier supplier of all things science to the educational market place. We manufacture some of our products and have distribution deals for the remainder. We are always looking to develop new products as well as add new vendors to our distribution network.

Shipping

Orders will typically be delivered within 4 weeks. If we are unable to process the order within that time, we will attempt to notify the customer about the delay.

Shipping damage must be reported at the time the shipment is received. Missing items must be reported within one week of receipt of the shipment.

Refunds/Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. There will be no charge for items cancelled prior to shipping unless Sciencelabs.com incurred unusual expenses associated with the order.

Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided that they are still unopened and undamaged. Sciencelabs.com and EKI, Inc. reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned items.
