The purpose of this kit is to provide the student with the necessary tools for student with the necessary tools for evaluating their own dietary requirements in a very scientific way. The student first determines their food intake and its caloric content over a three day period. Then they determine their requirements under a normal set of circumstances taking into consideration energy requirements over the three-day period. From this information it is then possible to restructure intake based upon a logical estimation of requirements. It would then be desirable for the student to correct any eating imbalance that occurs within their habit structure. | |
